Private schools offer a bespoke education experience for their students, and because of this, no two are exactly alike in their organizational development. To figure out which program is right for your school, we take a number of steps to ensure that your relationship with us is mutually beneficial. We’re in business to help you grow, your institution exists to help your students grow, and together we can make your school THE place for parents to send their children for a great education!
1. Assessment
The first step in any relationship is to assess whether it will work out. Our team is honest and open about our capabilities, and we’ll take a look at what your school is currently doing to see if there’s any room for improvement after our first meeting/analysis.
2. Discussion
Once we have completed our initial assessment between Pupil Marketing and your school’s current marketing and enrollment efforts, we will have a meeting to discuss our recommendation based on your most immediate needs.
3. Agreement
The next step is to draw up a contract between Pupil Marketing and your school. Since Pupil is a DBA of Cassus Media LLC, your authorized representative will be able to sign any agreements between our education brand and our parent company.
4. Strategize
Once the legalities are established, we move into a regular rhythm of meeting and deciding what the next steps are. Each school is different, so this is a crucial step in our approach to ensure that we’re doing the most important things first.
5. Setup
Getting the most important tasks done first is our priority, and we’ll move into whatever setup needs to happen. This step can take a little while depending on what tasks are involved – a brand-new website might take a month, whereas enrollment setup may be faster and automated for your school.
6. Execute
Finally, we take ACTION. Our team gets to work doing the things you hired us to do – building a marketing campaign, refining your processes, establishing new communication channels, and more.
7. Reassess
After some time, based on your availability, we will meet regularly to reassess how things are going and work with your faculty and staff to make it happen the way it needs to. We adjust on the fly and can provide quick turnaround when absolutely needed.
8. Create SOP
Once there’s a regular rhythm of activity, we can establish your school’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). In other words, it’s the “this is how we do it” part we create for your school so there’s no guesswork – just our work, doing its job!
