What is included with the Pupil 360™ Program?

The Pupil 360™ Program is designed to be a “marketing track” for your school. We are a “one-stop-shop” and you can ask anything marketing-related of our team, as we have full deliverable capabilities in-house and even can source trusted 3rd party vendors on your behalf if need be. Think of us as your very own marketing team!

What is included with the Pupil Enroll™ Program?

If you feel that you have the marketing handled but need assistance with admissions and making sure that you’re properly capturing leads, providing resources to parents/families, and are interested in staffing support for communicating with parents, this program is designed to find unique solutions to your school’s struggles.

How much do you charge?

We typically negotiate with schools based on their budget, the program that they choose, and the services that they need our team to deliver on a regular monthly basis. Usually, schools will take the cost of one student’s annual tuition and divide it by 12 to determine a monthly retainer. This way, our services guarantee that if you are able to attract at least 2 new students every year, you’ve already made a return on your investment with Pupil Marketing. We cap our rates at $1,000/mo, so you’ll never pay more than that unless you require extra services.

Are we locked into a contract?

Never! However, we will build out a one-year plan with you to ensure that our first 12 months are focused on finding weak points in your school’s enrollment and admissions strategies, executing priority tasks that need to be handled, and regularly communicating on things that you need us to handle on a month-to-month basis.

What other schools have you helped?

Pupil Marketing was recently launched in July 2025. Our parent company Cassus Media has been assisting two private schools in Nicktown, PA and Carrolltown, PA for the last couple years. In fact, they were our inspiration and our first client, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy in Altoona, PA is our first big success. We are in talks with several other schools as the 2025-2026 school year progresses and we hope to help many others!

Why are you so transparent about how you do business?

It’s simple: if you can’t trust us, you won’t work with us. There are no secrets in education and we don’t believe doing business should have any between either party.

What happens if we decide to pause services?

We’ll simply move you to a “Casual Client” status. Some schools only need seasonal support; we’re flexible like that!

Can we order à la carte services?

Sure! We’ve had plenty of Casual Clients ask us for services like designing brochures, logos, brand kits, etc. We can tailor a monthly plan for you if you don’t feel that you need one of our regular Programs. Remember, we’re a division of Cassus Media – you have the full support of a marketing agency behind what we do!
